How It Works

Enrollment

If you are ready to get started the first thing to do is get enrolled, by either calling in or filling out the form with your information.  We then enter you in our system and you will be sent an email with your login credentials to your client portal.  The system will walk you through the process of accepting the agreement, uploading your id and a proof of address, which is required for the first set of disputes, and also signing up for credit monitoring and score service through one of these companies….IdentityIQ, SmartCredit, MyFreeScoreNow, or IdentityClub.  This allows us to import your 3 bureau credit reports, scores, and helps you and us both know when changes have taken place on your credit reports and scores and greatly improves the efficiency of the process.  The costs varies but all are in the $20-$30 range and this is independent of our service.

Initial Credit Audit

The 2nd step after enrolling is to conduct your Initial Audit. What this entails is going over your combined 3 bureau reports and determining items that are erroneous, outdated, not yours, etc, and then we will start disputing those items with the credit bureaus on your behalf by mailing the first set of letters.
 
The credit bureaus, creditors and collection agencies then have 30 days to respond back to our disputes and they will then mail you the dispute results, some things may be deleted or they may say things like the items have been updated, verified, or various other things, but whatever you get them from  just forward to us immediately and you can do that by simply taking a pic of the letter via your phone and uploading in your client portal.

We will analyze the dispute results, and if the inaccurate items are deleted or corrected, we will devise a new strategy and re-dispute the negative items again.

We will then send out a 2nd round of letters if needed and keep sending them until we get the results you want and deserve.  We will even file disputes and complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and Better Business Bureau (BBB) to help expedite the disputes and with ensuring that the disputes are being investigated correctly if needed.
 
A lot of our clients see results in as little as 30 to 45 days, but see maximum results in six (6) to nine (9) months. This process can contribute to 30% to 35% of your credit score and our clients are seeing an average of 50% to 75% of inaccurate items being deleted once this step is complete, so hang in there, the results you get are worth and can change your life for the better.

Build & Establish Credit

The next thing we need to work on is to start building and establishing credit. We recommend that you have at least five (5) open & active accounts on your credit report to maximize your credit score, such as 3 credit cards and 2 tradelines, like car loans or personal loans.   We will help and guide you with options for that.
 
This is the most important step in our program. You will not see your credit score increase unless you add positive accounts to your credit report.
 
This phase will raise your credit score dramatically because adding positive credit lines to your credit report covers four (4) areas; payment history, length of credit history, new credit, and mixture of credit for a total of 70% of your credit score.
